Help change the lives of Fiji's destitute and homeless. Forever. Say 'Fiji' and most people conjure images of palm trees and tropical hotel resorts. That's what the Fiji tourists see. That's the Fiji that belies the plight of many Fiji Indians who have made Fiji their home. There are always two sides to every story. Fiji's population of around 800,000 consists of 53% Fijians and the balance - other races. As a consequence of political, cultural and economic factors, the Fiji Indians are poor and in many cases homeless. This, even after having lived in Fiji for several generations. In some areas there are concentrations of poor, underprivileged people who have been marginalised. Ba is such a place.
