Children give all their pocket money to CLEFT

100% of your donation is given to help thse children by Operation Cleft.

This is Amanda and Liam Pollett. When they heard about operation Cleft they decided to give all their pocket money and the fruit money they coollect on Dad's farm, to 'Operation Cleft'.

We are  very proud of both kids for their efforts and ideas. They have now raised over $560.

We learned of 'Operation Cleft' at a Lower Blue Mountains club meeting, and it touched us as a family very deeply. All children deserve a healthy start in life and my family can't believe that just $150 per child makes such a difference to their lives. What a great blessing that we are able to help a child.

Now we want to help 10 children for a price of $1500. How card can it be for us grown-ups if Liam and Amanda are happy to go without a playstation to help others less fortunate than themselves.

What can you give up inyour life to help these kids?

Paul Pollett, proud Dad nd Sue Pollett prouder Mum!

Operation Cleft is an initiative of Box Hill Central, managed by Brian Martin

Brian is justifiably proud of the work his club is doing in this area, regularly raising a huge amount of cash  for a twice yearly trip to Bangladesh where a clinic is funded, staffed by Bangladeshi surgeons and other staff,  that performs around 150 of these operations, and also supporting local people who are speech therapists and the like.  Well done Box Hill Central – and well done Brian  A deserving project we could consider helping.
