ROTARY CENTENARY DINNER

Joining 1000s of clubs around the world, a regional Rotary Centenary Dinner was held at the Willoughby Civic Centre.

Six Rotary Clubs from neighbouring suburbs joined with Northbridge to celebrate 100 years of Rotary.

It was a very pleasant evening and an enjoyable way to spend a mid-week night.

We were lucky enough to have a visit from our District Governor Bruce Allen. Every District Governor around the world must have had a challenge trying to visit all of the Centenary functions on that night.

Following the main meal, Ella James provided some light entertainment.

For desert, each table had a birthday cake to share and celebrate the fantastic achievement of 100 years of Rotary.

The band then started up and attendees could dance the night away.
