President's Welcome
Our club members extend to you a warm welcome.
The Club, which was chartered in 1961, has been and continues to be involved in many exciting and rewarding Youth, Community, International and Vocational Service Projects including: the Medical Skills Transfer Teams in developing Asian countries, Emergency Disaster relief through ShelterBox, Message-In-A-Bottle, our local Pride of Workmanship Awards and fostering new opportunities for both disadvantaged and talented students.
Belonging to a worthwhile organization, which enables us to serve and socialise with the community locally and internationally, is a privilege which all members of the Rotary Club of Mosman value.
We belong to a worldwide fellowship of approximately 1.2 million Rotarians and are welcome at over 32,000 clubs in almost 200 countries. Rotary acknowledges no distinctions of race, gender, religion, or political persuasion and has been serving the community since its foundation in 1905.
The strength and fellowship of our club depends on the participation of every member, working together on our humanitarian projects and helping to provide better access to clean water, literacy, and health services wherever we can. We also aim to promote peace, goodwill and understanding.
We look forward to another enjoyable and productive year, sharing with others the fellowship and benefits of our many community, international, vocational and youth projects. - President Jim Reid |
