Initiated and launched an appeal for new stress testing and ancilliary equipment for
Ryde Hospital.Together with five other clubs in District 968 raised $25000 towards the required $40000-the Government contributed the balance-Cees Thurmer and Ray Hosking 
Commenced Trees for Survival programme-club built and installed shadehouse at West Epping School-David Stewart 
Sunday Markets at Eastwood School considered- Tony Castley
Club Team wins District Golf Shield for 2nd consecutive occasion
