The Newcastle Permanent  Building  Society  "Hunter Bike Run" has been an annual project of this Rotary  club for 9 years.  The  run commences  from the picturesque Newcastle Foreshore and after a    33 or 70km circuit,  returns the riders to the foreshore.     Since its inception over $170,000  has  been raised  for charities.
