I would just like to reiterate how much I'm looking forward to getting
to know you all and taking part in any events. If there is anything that you
feel that I in particular can get involved in or do then please let me know.
As you can see from my profile I particularly enjoy the organisational
aspects of events!

I am also very excited about getting to know Brisbane and the surrounding area.
I have visited Australia before, but I'm sorry to say that I never managed
to visit your city. One Australian past-time that I am interested in trying
is surfing, perhaps you could show me how?

I feel truly honoured to be chosen as a Rotary World Peace Scholar and I
look forward to working together with you all towards the goals of peace and
understanding.

Sincerely and with best wishes,

Jude

VACCINE CARRIERS FOR PAKISTAN

Message from Jude 18 February 2006:

Just thought you might find it interesting that I met Jenny Horton at District 3270s conference in Karachi in January.
She is such an inspiration!

I am out here doing my applied field experience with UNOCHA in Pakistan and Jen was able to arrange for me to
do some polio vaccinations with UNICEF! It was a very rewarding experience! I've included a picture. I can only
encourage everyone to support this appeal!
All the best.
