( The Club met at Blue Care Southport-Surfers Paradise Centre, 88 Muir Street, Labrador on Tuesday 30 January for presentation of the CADD pumps to Blue Care and presentation of a Pride of Workmanship Award to Shirley Daly, nurse/volunteer at the Centre)

Ingrid Neilsen, Hon. Member and former exchange student to Germany has been visiting the Gold Coast before taking up an appointment at the Australian Embassy in Berlin. Our best wishes go to Ingrid for her new appointment. Ingrid was our first outwards student when her exchange occurred in 1994/1995.

David and Will Rolle recently hosted a visit by former inwards student from
Belgium, Claire Brehain, (1997/1998) and her husband.
