DISTRICT 9640
The
Club has been well represented at each District Conference held since its
Charter. In addition members of the Club have regularly made themselves
available to serve on District Committees. In 1997/8 the Club was represented
on the Polio Plus, Youth Exchange Program, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards,
and South Pacific Matched Student Exchange Committees. Past District Governor
Ken Smith acted as an Ambassadorial Counsellor.
In 1998/9 the
Club Members served on the Probus, Vocational Service, Interact, New
Generations, RYLA, South Pacific Matched Exchange, Model United Nations
Assembly and
other District committees.
