Welcome to the newest, the biggest and (we modestly think) the best Rotary Club, situated at the heart of Australia’s colourful Gold Coast. Here business meets pleasure: the sand is gold, the sea is blue, shopping is red-hot the silver towers reach for the sky. If you are a Rotarian visiting the Gold Coast, we’d love to meet you.

As the Rotary Club of Surfers Paradise Central we have actively supported the community since 1977. Now, as the newly formed Rotary Club of Gold Coast, that support will be even wider in scope, with more shoulders to the Rotary Wheel, because the new name celebrates merging with the Rotary Club of Gold Coast Central.

Ken Done AM, PHF, one of Australia’s most famous artists and an Honorary member of the Rotary Club of Gold Coast, originally painted Surfers Paradise beach in 1985. Ken is a Paul Harris Fellow and in 1993 was awarded Rotary International's Award for Excellence. He has generously allowed the Rotary Club of Surfers Paradise Central to use his famous image as an emblem for the club.
