Rotary International District 9630 is not, as a matter of law, bound by the Privacy Act 1988.

However in recognition of the growing awareness of privacy issues and the individual's right to privacy, District 9630 will use its best endeavours to ensure the collection, use, management and disclosure of personal information by District 9630 will be approached in a manner that is sensitive to the privacy of Rotary members, their partners and members of the community who are associated with Rotary programs.

Personal information will generally only be collected and used for the purpose of advancing the Object of Rotary or participation in its programs. If you have  a concern about the way in which your personal information, or that of your partner, may be used by members, please make your Rotary Club aware of your concern
