Thank you trip limited to 45 persons. If more than 45 may consider two runs before and after barbecue lunch. Please confirm numbers with Rotarian Nanette davis
The Club will make it’s own arrangements for BBQ using the barbecues available on the Oscar.
Members to bring salads or otherwise as agreed with Rotarian Nanette Davis.
As a courtesy we will provide additional food for the volunteer crew on the day.
