Mildura was established in the 1880's by the Chaffey Brothers.  From it's small unstable beginnings as an irrigation colony, Mildura grew to be a vibrant regional city.  Situated on the banks of the Murray River, in the heart of Sunraysia, with its vineyards and green scenery, is a true oasis in the desert.

The Rotary Club of Mildura was chartered on the 25th August 1933 and commenced with 23 members and we are proud to have been the first Rotary Club established in Sunraysia.

In the 2000/2001 Rotary Year, our Club opened it's doors to welcome women members and our membership currently stands at 51 members, including 9 women.
