  • The Rotary 2008 Cash Calendar was launched last September with many organisations committing to sell them on a commission basis.

    Chairman of the Calendar committee, Jerry Wilson John paid tribute to the 56 sponsors who again have supported this project, and over the years the Club has been able to donate close to $90,000 to Community Projects.

    The proceeds from the sale of the 2007 Calendar were distributed, the main beneficiaries were as follows:
    Concordia Kindergarten $4400, MB High School $3600 plus $1000 for Youth Opportunities at the school, Vietnam Veterans $2500, Unity College Sports Stadium $900,  Uniting Church Youth $600, Inner Wheel $600 and the Anglican Church $500.

    The proceeds from the 2008 Calendar will financially support the Youth Opportunities program at the MB High School, Concordia Kindergarten, Vietnam Veterans, Unity College Sports Stadium, Lawn Tennis and Hardcourt Tennis Clubs, MB Pistol Club, Uniting Church Youth plus other local groups.
     
  • The photos in this Calendar were submitted by the local Photography Club highlighting the magic scenes of the Murray.

  • All calendars are numbered.   There are 1000 printed.   The cost is $20 which includes 52 weekly chances to win $150 in cash prizes.

Ute Muster & Swap Meet
MB Showgrounds

A Club project that involves all available members to organise the "Swap Meet", man the entrance gate commencing at 5.30am and cooking over 700 breakfast serves of bacon & eggs.  Approx 2000 people were in attendance at the 2006 show.
