- All photographs are to have a Rotary theme.
- Whilst not mandatory, photographs will be enhanced by some obvious Rotary mark, ie: a Rotary emblem on a wall in the background, a Rotary t-shirt or cap.
- Digital photographs MUST be at least 300 pixels per inch (ppi) to be accepted (IE the highest quality setting of your camera).
- Photographs must be submitted in Jpeg format - with a .jpg file extension
- Photographs should be in focus, well composed and well lit
